Complify's AI agents test SOX controls and prepare audit workpapers. The hard part is trust: an auditor has to see exactly what the agent checked, what it found, and where a human needs to step in.
Hosted prototypes moved fast enough to test with real auditors inside the same sprint. The product got clearer review states, cleaner evidence matching and a more defensible path from agent output to human approval.
Support agents were writing customer data into sticky notes and Notepad.exe because the workspace had nowhere to capture it. Sensitive data was living outside the platform.
Case-level and global notepads built into the Agent Workspace. Shipped to 8,000+ agents a month with 100% adoption, and outside notepad use dropped to near zero.
